SMART TV - BLUE color enhanced...

bought a smart 3d tv
the picture appears more blue and
black and white movies appear blue and black like..what could be the issue.. could you pls help me in solving this...?

You want to look into having the set color calibrated if you can't push it around to your liking.

Thank you for the response....

service personnel who came first said, this could be panel problem...then the second one who came to fix it said this could be board problem...finding the real issue had been itself a problem....

I misunderstood it completely. I thought it was just a little off like most sets are.

-> It seems odd to have a new set need repair the day it arrives. Why didn't you return it?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
