Question

Smart Tv and Youtube

Hi,
had a new Samsung 40 LED with Youtube which has been reasonable for 5 months. However, I had problems and the screen was replaced. Seems that this took away all my Y/T Playlists and items saved. Now I have an inferior app which if I leave a programme for later it's almost impossible to catch up. Anyone else had similar problems? Would be delighted to know if anything can be done.

...about the delay in replying but it was due to circumstances. Howver, the model I have is a UE40D5520RKXXU.
sometimes I wonder about the legality of the advertising. Noone mentionned when i bought the set that it was going to go from a great Youtube App to one substandard and which if I'd seen I wouldn't have bought . Neither did they say that the Y/t would be constantly interrupted.

No problem about the delay. Life happens. Other than checking for the most recent firmware and resetting Smart Hub. I'll have to refer you to your own country's support, as I have information only for the US models. I believe you have a UK model, correct?
