It sounds like it may just be some software issue with your system. Pull up the task manager and see what's running when you try to start it. If it doesn't come up, try going to the folder where the software's stored and run it in different compatibility modes.

Hi, I have a Samsung SCX4100 multi function laser printer/scanner/copier. Since re installing Windows (Vista) on my pc I can no longer get Smart Thru to open. There is a link on my desktop but clicking this does nothing. I have tried to going to Smart Thru in the programs and clicking here but again nothing. I have tried re installing from the CD that came with the printer but still nothing - any ideas?
