Question

Smart Scale For Nutrition - Does this even exist yet?

Hi All,

I have a goal of loosing 25 lbs in the next 3 months and want to mainly focus on diet.

I plan on weighing everything out that I eat and tracking calories, protein and carbs on my smartaphone.

Has anyone seen any digital smart scales out there that automatically send the weight and nutrient information to your phone and log them withouth doing too much of the manual inputs?

Any suggestions would be helpful as I start my journey!

Answer
postal scales are cheap

and in the range you want. Don't do automatic sending of data though. ]

Hint;
Bullion helps weight loss. Warm, flavorful, filling, and keeps you hydrated. Helps put room between meals and if one cup before each meal, cuts down on cravings.
