Why didn't you try to remove this before you posted? I mean it could be GLUED DOWN into the phone which means we have to see if we can disable it rather than remove it.
There are prior discussions about locked down, glued into place apps so I won't duplicate those but the basic idea is that you try to remove and if that fails you look for a disable button.
I find the apps you noted things I don't use. As what I use may not be what you use, the entire idea is that you can customize this to your liking.

Just picked up my first smart phone, a Samsung Galaxy S III. I received a notice that there was a firmware update for Dongle. I did a search and it said that Dongle is a small piece of hardware used to connect electronic devices.
Anyway, I am wondering if I can delete this app and also, how useful do you Galaxy III owners find ChatON, and Flipboard?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
