I wonder why they didn't check the news on this.
Hi guys - starting 4 days ago my Samsung Smart Hub wont connect to the internet. Every time I try to go to Netflix (or Pandora, etc) a "Network Interference Occurred. Try again later" message pops up.
I called my ISP and they pinged the modem, had me unplug the router, etc, but no help.
I called Samsung and they said it must be the router's problem. I tested the router by running my laptop on it and it seems to be working fine.
I googled the problem and they said to put '8-8-8-8' in the DNS settings manually. Did not help.
BTW, this is hard wired from router to the TV.
Getting a bit frustrated....any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
