They should walk you through resets and there is a remote reset they may be able to do. After that they arrange for service.
The Smart HUB for My Samsung smart tv UN60F7100AFXZA will not go past the initial boot up screen. I have unplugged everything and plugged it all back in, but it does the same thing and I cannot access anything past this screen. Has anyone else experienced this and now knows how to fix it??
