Small Windows

Hi There Could anyone help me with a small irritating problem I have. When I go onto the Web it opens up with a full window and from there on every new site I go on or open another window all I get is part of the title bar and the close, restore, and minimize icons, so every time I have to maximize every window. This never used to happen so I must of done something in the settings somewhere but I don't know where. Any help will be much apreciated.
Kindest Regards Tony B.

First, go to the icon for IE next to the start button, right click, choose Properties, and then change it to Maximized if it doesn't say it already.

Now open IE, it will be maximized...now right click any link on that page, choose Open In New Window. Resize that window with your mouse in the corners to the size you want it to be.

Now close using the X in the corner, the FIRST window you opened, leaving the resized one alone. Once that window is closed, you can close the NEW, resized, Second Window.

Now open IE again, right click any link, choose Open in New Window, and it should open maximized from now on like the first one did.
