Clarification Request
Why ERP at all?
by R. Proffitt Forum moderator / July 25, 2013 3:53 AM PDT

You are obviously doing something right to get to 100 employees and my bet is that your leaders are doing something right. I've seen good companies falter over ERP. That is, a key decision maker will go for ERP and when it's clear it's not working out they won't budge and the company goes down in flames.

Let's hope you learn from your and other companies about this area.

As you said you have internet company and around 100 employees ,obviously you have to log and store the information of a call-center or database that calls or dealing a hundred odd people to get info for followups.you need kind of software that store all the information about all the people that we have been called ,which person called and how many hours a person has worked, which employee has been more productive.CRM not only increase you sales but productivity too.

There is good CRM and bad CRM. If you ever have bad CRM either by a bad choice or bad configuration you would find the business spiraling down the drain as those that implemented defend their choices rather than fixing it.

CRM can be fine. People however are very complicated.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
