Null, if this is in System Restore then you will need to "bite the bullet" by disabling system restore (you loose all previous restore points)... then restart your computer. Be sure to enable system restore again and promptly make a restore point.

AVG AV keeps telling me I have Small.5.D in my System volume information\restore subdirectory. I heard you have to turn of the system restore function to get AVG to find and remove this Trojan Horse. But, when I go to turn off system restore I get a warning saying I'm going to lose all my previous system restore points. Am I just going to have to bite the bullet or is there another way? I tried using explorer to simply delete the file but I can't get access to the system volume information directory. (Toshiba Satellite laptop running XP)
