SLOW SITES

by Dude37 / March 20, 2008 3:45 PM PDT

Hey all,

I have a couple of problems...

1) When I load my Myspace page on my desktop, it can take 20 minutes to fully function.... And it pretty much paralyzes my system until it loads... I know it isnt a problem with Myspace, because it loads instantly on other friends computers... NFL.com is kinda slow, but every other site loads fine... I was thinking I needed faster speed or whatever, but the guy at the computer store said that wasnt the issue, because the other sites load fine... So can anybody think what could be the problem???

This is my page... It should load like any page for most of you... Test it for me please... myspace.com/mitchalot22

2) Upon startup, when my desktop appears, I click the IE blue icons, and it can take at least 20 minutes for any windows to appear... I have run Spybot, Registry Mechanic, AVG free, adaware... Nothing helps...

Thanks everybody!!!

been subjects of many exploit attacks that have infected 1,000's of pages. Beyond possible corruption of the page you want, is it possible that some of your on-board protectors are scanning in advance and partly blocking download to machine?? Example Spybots Immunize feature (or Tea Timer) which prevents many exploits being able to land on your machine??
Just a thought! Happy

The Samsung RF23M8090SG

One of the best French door fridges we've tested

A good-looking fridge with useful features like an auto-filling water pitcher and a temperature-adjustable "FlexZone" drawer. It was a near-flawless performer in our cooling tests.
