Slow Network?

Hi - I have a d-link router. All the other computers on my network (all Win 98 or XP) have download speeds of about 700kbps I on the other hand have a download speed of about 70kbps (There are 4 comps. on my network) My NIC is a 100mbps card (As are all but the one on the 98 box which is a 10mbps)

Any advice on improving my download speeds?
