Just one question

Why do you suspect it's your PC or network?

I'm not 100% sure what it is. I have tested my internet on an online speedtest and it's normal, I have also tried testing it online whilst downloading something. The thing I'm downloading says 50kb/s yet the online speedtest says my internet is normal. But then again when I use wifi on my phone it's extremely slow as well.

Can be using another path from somewhere to your PC. If you are downloading that path could be slow. Nothing so far points to your gear?

Sorry

I don't know what you're trying to get at, I've stated I have absolutely no clue what is going on. I don't know what it is. Which is why I'm asking for help. So far the things you're telling me isn't helping at all.

It's to see where the issue is,

Where the clues are that it's your PC or network. So far you are only telling me clues that it's not your computer or network.

Let's start with a basic item. Do you know how the internet works? How some sites are far away and some are nearby? This is what a download can be slow but your speed test is fine.

These are updates that are slow, also steam downloads. They are always normal for me, my ping aswell to servers that are 99% of the time completely fine is also terrible. It is not where I am downloading from. I'm connecting to Sydney servers which I'm ALWAYS fine with. Now it is bad. I don't understand how me updating drivers for my PC and browsing regular sites is somehow because of how far away they are. What you are saying makes no sense.
