And too slow for say Netflix in HD. Is that the issue?
I've been having fairly regular issues with our internet speed and limited DSL line rates (up/downstream). Communication with Telstra has created no permanent resolution.
Below are various stats from my end as of 11:30PM 1/2/16. I am not knowledgeable in this area so if I miss anything please let me know. Ideally I would like to know if the issue is on my end or my provider and if it can be resolved easily
