Slow Computer While Charging

I have a Lenovo Flex 3 laptop that really works well when it's not plugged in to charge. However, when I have it plugged in, every app and browser becomes almost unusably slow. Specifically I like to edit video on this computer and once I start to run out of battery, I just have to stop and let it charge.

Are there any alternatives or fixes that would help this situation? Whether it be an external item I can buy... or if it's a known problem with some sort of fix?

I have to wait until it's fully charged, then I unplug it and use my computer.

I wonder if anyone played with power profiles?

Just tried that...

The plan was already on the default setting and was at 100% when plugged in. So that's not it.

That means easy is out of the picture.

Remember I take it you clicked on the restore to defaults and any OK or save then rebooted and tested.

This issue does have priors at so I'll take it nothing worked. That's bad news as I find an factory restore is next.

What else have you tried? Read that search!

Remember the research.

I gave the search I use but didn't duplicate the answers because there are dozens. is a good example but here I never had to tinker with that. I have yet to find a reason why this changed.

There are also other reasons such as wrong charger, etc. What is it this time? You have to work the priors as the easy answer didn't pay off.

I have a feeling...

I'm wondering if it's the charger. Because, I don't believe this was the case when I first bought it. So I bought a new charger and we'll see what happens.
