Cnet site becomes damn slow. What is the problem with it ?

This sort of question should be directed to the Forum Feedback Forum, not to the Digital camera forum. Just make sure that you list all pertinent info for the forum as to software, hardware and all other facts that you can list before you post. Most of that forum are Moderators.
Another forum that you may try is the Computer help forum. Just have all your facts listed again.
Ms Tony H. is the Mod there. She may be able to help you when you first noted any slowdown. Sometimes it does happen.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
