slirsredirect.search.aol.com

I have a HP G62 Notebook PC and I use google chrome as my default browser.

I want to use google as my default search engine but when I try and change it, AOL is the default and there isn't any option to change it. When I try searching anything up in the search box, the url is slirsredirect.search.aol.com and then uses AOL. How do I change this?
