Slideshow software - So many choices?

I'm looking to make slideshows for my own personal use - and for family & friends..
I've done some online research & asked the people in stores and I'm still lost.
Hoping someone here can guide me in the right direction.
I'm looking for a program that has these facilities
-creates a slideshow viewable on ALL dvd players
-able to load small videos IN THE slideshow (that ive recorded on my digital camera - they save as .mov i think)
-able to add music - multiple songs to the slideshow
-a few transition options
-easy to use
-burns it for you (no saving, converting etc unless it's really simple)

a plus would be if you could make picture screensavers with the program & if the files were emailable but not a must.

Are there any programs like this out there? Or am I way too picky?

Sorry, I had 2 DVD players that would not play any recorded DVDs. My neighbor has one too.

So until you lower your expectations you may be unhappy. Be sure to go get the demo of ProShow Gold till then.
