Sizing Plasma For Bedroom: 42 or 50???

I understand this is a matter of personal taste but I bought a 42 inch TH42PX600U Panasonic, I can now afford to get the 50 inch model. The TV is just for the bedroom. It will not be a home theatre monitor, simply a nice bedroom TV. The room size is "AVERAGE" in other words, we ain't rich and living in a mansion with a massive bedroom. Probably a 13x15 ft. bedroom. Should I pay almost 900 bucks more for the 50 inch or stick with a 42? I ALWAYS WANT BIGGER!! I am trying to be practical here and wonder if a 50 inch plasma is overkill in a bedroom set.

My living room is 14x17', I have 47", my wife says "it's too big", I say "no it's not"! The 47" HDTV dose dominate the room.
How much TV do you watch in the bed room?
I got a 26" 16x9 HDTV for the bedroom, My wife said we don't watch that much TV in the bedroom so now it's in the kitchen and the kitchen TV is in the bedroom.
How much TV do you watch in the bedroom? then You decide if it's worth the $900. John

Bedroom Size Plasma

Actually I almost NEVER watch in the bedroom. I just hate buying an expensive item thats not "top of the line" since how often do you buy a TV? I think I will stick with the 42 inch. I almost switched to a 46 inch Sony LCD at 400 bucks over the Panasonic 42 but I figured $400.00 would be better invested then sitting on the wall. Frankly these days TV prices are dropping so quickly and the technology is changing so rapidly that I might switch TV's in 2 years!!
