Hi, Good day!

I want to create a web site that contains all the stuff reg mobile phones; like Reviews, Brands, Features, Price, Service Providers, Offers, Packages, Ring tones, Themes, Wallpapers etc. I went through various such sites to get some idea. The sites contain links to diff resources as said above. From where do they get all the stuff, what should I do to add such wonderful stuff to my site.
If I want to include a link to a list of dealers/sellers (inc Add & Ph no,s) in my city, do I need to take permission from such shopkeepers . Please help me to build a site with this content. Any other suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks a lot.

Do anything but that. Such sites are already plentiful.

Presently I am doing Rice business. Hope there is not much to display that in the web site. Perhaps, I don't want to create a site related to business. I just want test my skills & creativity through the site, aiming for the traffic in the long run. I have submitted my first post with some questions for which I could not get the answers. If possible please clear those doubts, without which it is not possible for me to go further. Please post a reply. Hope I am not wasting your time.

Thanks a lot.

"I want to create a web site that "

-> Now go and do that.

"If I want to include a link to a list of dealers/sellers (inc Add & Ph no,s) in my city, do I need to take permission from such shopkeepers"

-> That could be a legal issue. While I often note places for some to look over I use CNet's own commendations for obvious reasons. You may want to get some income for the referral so you may want to research "referral programs". No I don't know a thing about such.
