Single click files

In XP files could be set to open with a single click. I can't seem to find that option in Win7. Anyone know where the setup for this is?

single-click folder option

Open the Control Panel; in search, type 'single-click folder option'.
This will take you a new window (Windows Help and Support ), click on the colored sentence (mine is in blue)'->click To Open folder Options'

You will be able to select the option from this window
