When I try to go to Amazon.com it goes to the Simply Telly website. It seems to have hijacked my IP address. How do I solve this?

I should have mentioned that I'm having this problem on a MacBook Pro in both Chrome and Safari, so Grif's instructions were not helpful.

Even though you can't run the Windows versions of the malware cleaners, one of the best spots to start is within the browser. Reset both Chrome and Safari, or better yet if resetting them doesn't work, download an installation file for example, Chrome, then uninstall and reinstall them. Resetting the browser should cause the add-in to be removed.
