Yes, there will be registry and shared DLL (either/or) problems.
Microsoft can sell the you CD if you are a legit owner for less than the new CD copy in the stores.

I THINK I got rid of Microsoft Works Suite 2002 via add/remove because it was taking too much room. I still have MS WOrd operating. Furthermore I have lost the cds....However, I have tape backups of the entire disk going back many months. Do You think I can "reinstall" by RESTORING the program from the C drive?.....Will I have registry problems?
