Signature option gone in Outlook auto text

Apr 20, 2007 5:39AM PDT

Without notice or provocation, the option to insert my signature in an email has disappeared from my "insert--auto text--signature" menu cascade in Outlook 2003. The signature option is just gone and I can't get it back. Anybody have this problem or a fix?

Lost signature option in autotext

Bob, thanks for this lead. The "none" signature automatically inserted is a good work-around. Still don't know where my "siganture" option went from the "insert-autotext" menu... Maybe aliens beamed it up...?

I'm not on that version yet so I offered what I could. If it was alien they are from Redmond.

I've often thought that Bill Gates was an alien sent here from his home planet to so befuddle and confuse us that we would be easy takeover targets when the Mothership arrives to conquer Earth. So far his plan is working, because I feel more and more confused as I use more and more new versions of Windows.
