Signal problem

by oregoncountry / August 20, 2010 1:15 AM PDT

you can point me to another thread if there is already one. I am in a hurry this a.m. and want some good advice. I appreciate any help I might get:) I have an excellent phone signal outside my trailer here. 5 bars. But inside I get 2 to 1 and then drop. I am wanting to find some sort of antenna if possible(if they have such a thing)to put outside a window or on the roof to plug into when I want to talk on my cell indoors which is pretty much anytime. Now I have to go out on the porch rain or shine, lol;) As I said, I do get "the best" you can get outside the trailer so it isn't the area, it's the metal terry trailer I live in.

I have a motorola razor. If you need more on the phone itself, please let me know. I didn't know what else to provide for anyone able to help me.

Thank you in advance, Denise

I'll check the link. Can't help but wonder why I was able to get my signal just fine in the trailer in Sams Valley Oregon where I lived for the last 2 years. Now I've moved to another area where my signal is 5 bars outside. Maybe different metal hey, lol;) Ok, I'm off to read the link:) Denise

I've decided to just go out on the porch for now. I may not even be staying here as I thought I would be.

Appreciate all the help here at CNET, denise
