whether there is a program can give this feature? May be someone have the same
question.

When I use computer, I need sign in many
website, facebook, gmail for example. I seek a tool which I use it to sign
these website automatically or manually. I do not want use save username and
password in the internet explorer.

Any suggestion will be appreciate.

RoboForm used to be a popular password manager and login manager, but they only have a free trial, then you have to buy.

Is that something you would want to try/buy?
