eg, make sure you use Capital letters if necessary, if this is either forgotten username or password, there is little we can offer.

Does this forum have an option at the sign-in page for "Lost password"? If so, I suggest you click that and follow the steps.

Re: Sign in Problem

I only have this problem on one of my 3 computers. The other computers sign in with no problems. It is a simple setting that needs changing I just can't figure it out. This happened once before and I finally corrected it by changing a setting. I just can't remember how I did it or what setting I changed. Thank you for the reply...

Different settings

It's always difficult to compare settings between computers.

Log in's often use scripts, or Javascripts, so you need to ensure that your browser(s) allow Javascript to be run.

Also, many log in sites need your browser to accept "3rd party cookies", so that is another option to check.

If they fail, run a utility like the free CCleaner from http://www.piriform.com/ and use it's default settings to delete all temporary folders, all TIFs, (Temporary Internet Files), and so on. Warning, it will also delete all cookies, so go into it's Options > Cookies to save the cookies you want before running the scanner.

Hope that helps.
