Hi Guys!!
I'm using SIFY Broadband since more than a year [don't have any other providers in our area].
I find both the internet and customer service to be poor and way too below the standards.
There is no connection most of the times and if there is some connectivity - the speed is pathetic.
The local operators are too careless and irresponsible, the switchs and hubs lie open, cables are exposed and they never come in time to attend or resolve the problems.
Only one person comes in time every month, the bill collector.
Am tired of and pissed off with their service.
Anyway I can get refund for the past two months packages from them?
