Sierra Software / Rs232 cable or USB

I purchased a "new" but old digital camera - it came with SierraImaging software - I can no longer find this on the website for Sierra - Am I to assume that they no longer are in the Imaging Software -
Would I be able to use another software product or not -
The camera camera with a RS232 cable - would I be able to purchase a USB cable and be able to connect.

You left out a few details. Also some of that old software doesn't run on XP. Does it list XP?

Even Linux's Gphoto didn't appear to list this model.

Looks to be some ebay special?

The software does work with XP - do you think I could use a USB type cable or not.

You'll have to try it.

I used some 16 Belkin USB to RS232 devices on a recent project. Try those.
