Shuttle Barebones

Jul 28, 2005 10:24AM PDT

Hi, I'm interested in the Shuttle SN26P. How is the motherboard on this system? Can I and should I replace it with another micro atx amd board? Any suggestions on a good one? Same goes for power supply as 350 likely won't suffice. Also is there enough room in the system to accomodate a X850 XT PE gcard? Lastly for those who have this system or something similar how is the heat?

What do you mean? I thought the barebone was the build your own version? Anyway will any micro atx psu work on this thing? Also yes or no on the mobo and suggestions?

TRUST ME THE 350W POWER SUPPLY IS ENOUGH!all sff power supplies are more powerful than their wattage. that is a 100% fact. barebones yes, building your own without buying from shuttle or ajump. overall, yes you will be happy with it but I HIGHLY recomend you looking around sfftech.com forums and maybe post there as they are nice and answer all questions. hope this helps
