So it came with PC-Cillin installed?
If you really didn't install anything, just call Dell. They'll instruct you how to go back to factory settings (just to be sure you REALLY didn't cause this yourself by some setting or install) and if it persist they'll come and repair it. If it's gone by such a reinstall gradually keep adding things until you find the culprit.
system specs. Dell Inc. Inspiron 1525 2.00 gigahertz Intel Core2 Duo SAMSUNG HM251JI [Hard drive] (250.06 GB)3 gig of memory. Everytime I go down shutdown computer gets past saveing your settings. Then gets to were it say's shutting down that were it stay's this computer is two day's old have not installed nothing yet. I even went through msconfig cleared startup still hangs. If I go to safe mode then shutdown it will shutdown normal it has PC-cillin Internet Security - Virus Protection Version 14.60.1195 runnning in the background. Any ideas I am thinking it might have a bad image on it.
