Shut Down

Lately, whenever I use !"SHUT DOWN" it does so..but..immediately starts up again. I have to use the PC ON/OFF button to stop power. Any idea what the answer to my problem is. Leslie Armstrong.

System Restore, if you can go back to when this started.

If you can't we'll need more information. The words in red. when you posted. asked for
