showing 2 C drives in Disk Management

under disk management its showing two C drives one with

Healthy (OEM Partition)
Healthy (Boot, Page File, Crash Dump, OEM Partition)

recently upgraded from windows 8.1 to windows 10.

upon right click it only showing help.

Two questions. Sizes? What does File Manager say?

If one of these 2 is a small (20 GB or so) partition, it's probably a recovery partition put there by your computer manufacturer. I'm betting that File Explorer only shows one of these as C:. If that's the case, I wouldn't worry about it. These upgrades from one release to another usually work for most folks, but there can be bugs to show up sometimes - this could be one of them.
