Fred on Halloween in Canada
I moved to Toronto from San Francisco almost 3 years ago. I wondered the same thing.
I though how can these people who don't live in the US celebrate the candy grabbing/I want to be someone else day.
Lo and behold, they do!
They also hang out on porches drinking cocktails while handing out the candy. It's quite the social neighborhood affair.
There was a couple hot dogs that came around.
My son the turtle says there is Halloween...see attached pic.
Keep up the great work!

Dear Molly and Kelly of Gadgettes..
My name is Allen from Taiwan, and I love your show and you gals really makes my day every morning. Thanks A Lot.
I would specially like to thanks Kelly for introducing Brain Age to me and my family. Last week, I finally made up my mind and throw down $5000NT dollar and bought a NDS lite( with accessories) and my family absolutely loves it. My mom, two sisters and I are playing with it and laugh so hard at how incredibly how old our brains are so old on our first day. I definitely think that this game has done my mom some good since on the second day she has achieved the youngest brain (thirty something ) out of all four of us(fifties and sixties) and she's playing sudoku none stop. I haven't seen her spend time like this on anything electronic ever since my sister introduce her to the PC game ZUMA.
Also thanks for Molly cheering "Free Taiwan!!" on one of the first few episode.
Thanks a lot and I promise to tune in to Gadgettes forever and ever.
ps. I was kind of mad at myself ever since I managed to catch up to the latest episode of Gadgettes in two about two weeks ( from episode one) and now I have to wait agonizingly til Saturday every week. But thank god for podcasts, I was able to start from first episode again which lessen my suffering a bit...
