show hidden folder

I have hidden many folders via the command prompt with the command "attrib ****** +h +s +r " where ****** is the name of the folder. Is it possible for anyone to see the hidden folder with some command even if he doesnt know the name of the hidden folder. Alternatively is there a command to see all the folders present in a hard drive whether its hidden or not? Thanks in adv for all the replies

Besides Explorer's setting.

I can see hidden files and directories with the /A on the DIR command.
