For most folks the answer is no.
Msft will continue to feed you security updates until....I think 2020.

There's plenty of support outside of Microsoft, XP lives on in spite of it.

What support do you need?

No need to worry about that. Though there's no support much support for windows XP, but still most of them using the Windows XP OS. Also Windows 7 is a huge milestone product which was released by the Microsoft. Also it admired most of them in this universe. So i believe that there will a very long term support for Windows 7. For your information, there's many blogs, articles about the Windows 7 and for troubleshooting also. So you need to worry about it.
