For some, that's enough to never consider using other than cash.
However my brother bought a Windows 8 RT (notice the RT!) and it's almost useless. Microsoft's Draconian rule over apps and more (no Chrome, no Firefox) and more means I can't write you want to try that.
With Windows 8 tablets dropping in price (not RT!) it means you may get everything you wanted.

Hi everyone.
I do flea markets occasionally, about 4 times a year and want to use a tablet to take mobile payments. I had an HP 7 Tablet with Android 4.2 on it, but found it frustrating and finally sold it.
Now I see HP has tablets selling really reasonable but with Windows 8.
I have never seen a mobile payment system with Win8, only Androids.
Am I missing something? Why won't mobile payments use Win8? Is there a security issue?
