Should I open this e-mail?

i got a email with the subject: hello, but it was sent on feb 3 and today is feb 2, should i open it? It was sent from a guy named louie, which i dont know.

If the answer is yes, then I would re-read many of the articles referenced on this page regarding this newest threat. Study them carefully.

If your answer is no, I think you're headed in the right direction.

If you're that concerned, there's always the option of not opening any emails at all.

I want to address the "sent on feb 3 and today is feb 2" matter.

NEVER go just by the date nor even make that a prime concern because as the world turns there are portions of it that are a day ahead of you and other portions that may be a day behind you--the world does not use a single time zone and your neighbor next door might have an email account on a server in a completely different time zone.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
