Should I get the Sennheiser HD 202 or the Sennheiser HD 212?

I don't know what I will be using the headphones for mostly, but I guess that'll depend on how great they are. I originally wanted to buy some random headphones for gaming purposes, even though I do not play games that often, but after doing some research, I've realized that headphones might be a better alternative to my old sound system. So I want headphones that will sound amazing when used for movies and games as well as music such as rock, some classical, some nu jazz, etc. I pretty much listen to all types of music, from loud and aggressive to something nice and soft, like a solo guitar or piano piece. Even though the 212's place a huge emphasis on bass (which could be distracting when listening to softer music such as jazz or classical), do you think they would still be better for these genres than the 202's since the 212's are higher end headphones (212 msrp is $90 & 202 msrp is $40)? I'd love to hear from people who have had plenty of experience with headphones, particularly these ones, but if not I'd love to hear any other headphone suggestions that might be better suited for me, though I am really leaning towards these two since based on what I've read they'd provide me with the most bang for my buck on a budget (under $45). Thank you soo much for your time and help.
