Two bizarre problems with Outlook 2003: every couple of days, my shortcuts (the old "favorites" option) and their group headings disappear, never to return. The program defaults to two shortcuts: Outlook today; and Microsoft Office Online. How to correct? I am using Mozilla Firefox; did not change any preferences and this never happened with IE; also use Zonealarm, AVG antivirus, and the new Beta MS spyware program (this problem existed before I downloaded MS antispyware). Second problem: outlook address book will show email addresses I put in Contacts, but does not alphabetize them! What to do? Thanks, Laura
