Shortcut arrow on Desktop

Is there a way in Vista to lighten the shortcut arrow?

In XP there was a way to do this using TweakUI. I doubt that Vista has or will have PowerToys?

MIcrosoft doesn't have tweak.

Microsoft does not have tweak released yet for Vista. The lady I talked to said it will be realesed some where down the road?
I did find one place online that advertises a program that does everything that tweak UI does and a little more and advertises "Free download" ( I have forgotten the site) They do have a free download, but it doesn't do hardley anything and the real one they want $39.99 for it and I think that is a subscription thing.
The old bait and switch gimmick so I will wait for the real one from MS.
