Think Cnet should revisit their reviews of the Dell XPS 7** series. I know most gamers upgrade their motherboards in a couple of years but when you spend that much on a machine you expect the motherboard to last more than 2 years. Dell is pretending it isn't a problem, but just try and buy a replacement from them when the warranty is gone. Sure you can use someone else's board but it takes a chainsaw and some interesting wiring configurations. Two warranty replacements later, I feel like I was taken and the next time around it is all out of pocket.
