Try Internet Explorer Maximizer...
by John.Wilkinson / May 12, 2009 1:07 PM PDT
IE Maximizer is a free utility that resolves that common complaint regarding Internet Explorer, all versions. There are alternatives, such as modifying the shortcut's properties, but IE Maximizer is a 'global' solution that resolves the issue with all shortcut rather than forcing you to address each one separately.

Hope this helps,
John

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
