Go to www.macromedia.com and download and install the shockwave player. Note the following text on their download page:
> When the Macromedia Shockwave Player movie begins to
> play, your installation is successful.
> If you have installation questions or need help
> troubleshooting the Macromedia Shockwave Player, see
> our Support Center (that's a link).
I'm sure they know more of their own product than we do.
And you don't write:
- which version of which browser you use
- if you've applied all critical security patches from windows update
- if you installed anti-virus
- if you regularly check for other malware
- if the correct and latest sound driver for you sound card is installed and no errors show in Device Manager.
But I would start with shockwave support.
