A recent discussion had a similar complaint and the date/time on the TV was too far off. They were incredulous that such a thing mattered.
Are you tell the forum the folk that sell these and the company does not answer questions?

I just purchased this TV and I have some questions. 1st question is that I have is I turned the 120hz off and turned the film mode off as well but if I'm watching a show and the screen moves quickly it looks like the 120 or film mode comes back on by itself for a few seconds. Is this normal? Also when I access Netflix I can get into the shows but when I go to watch a show it never loads up and I get a error message that says to watch a different show or try back later. And it happens on every title on Netflix. My TV is hooked up using the WiFi connection. Also the YouTube app doesn't work at all. Could it be the TV or my wireless connection? Any suggestions for these problems?
