There are now thousands of posts about Smart TVs that Netflix no longer works on.
The fix is to go get a Roku or Amazon stick (folk choose based on their needs) and you'll get the latest Netflix on your HDTV.

In trying to set up netflix on my sharp tv, (No netflix icon), i go on line, using wifi, all good, I go to the netflix home page, using the onscreen keyboard (osk), then up comes the user/pw page. The osk appears but will only allow one character to be entered. ie, when i type in 'a', all good, but then the next character, say 'b' , overwrites the 'a'. Very annoying, and even after spending several hours with the Sharp customer support people, the bottom line from them, and I quote...
"I have spoken to my After sales manager with this model of TV set it dose not have the application on the TV set.
unfortunately with this TV set you cannot watch Netflix on the TV "
So thats that !! Any ideas ?
