Question

Sharp AQUOS LC‑42D69U - Best settings for gaming?

Mar 26, 2018 3:02AM PDT

I don't see an option for Game Mode so I switched AV Mode to Dynamic, turned off Ambient Light Sensor, then turned Backlight down to zero (Which switched AV Mode to User but kept Dynamic settings - Brightness:48, Contrast:68, Saturation:62, Hue:0, Sharpness:12).

I also switched HDMI Mode to Graphic and Color Temp to Warm (R Gain:128, G Gain:107, B Gain:69).

I'm gaming on an Xbox One and mainly play FPS games, so I'm trying to reduce any possible input lag. Suggestions?

You need to research a value priced new HDTV that offers sufficient lag reduction for gaming. Sorry.

Those effects induce lag. So nope.
