Sharing Internet Connection Through a USB NIC

Mar 13, 2006 5:06AM PST

Hi,

I have a desktop connected to a broadband connection, and would like to share its internet connection with my laptop through a wireless USB NIC, is this possible? Basically, the wireless USB NIC will be connected to my desktop, and my laptop will connect wirelessly to my desktop. How must i configure it so that I wil be able to share the internet connection? Thanks.

While I've seen USB Wifi adapters I'm unsure if you have one of those. Please supply a link to your device so we can see what you have.
