Sharing contacts with Outlook 2003

May 10, 2005 8:43PM PDT

We have a support team spread across the globe that needs be able to share their contact information easily. I am looking to be able to do a one time consolidation of all team member's contact information, make that consolidated copy available on a shared location (can be on a network share) and then have the team members synchronize their PDAs to this shared version of the contacts on an ongoing basis.

I do not have access to the exchange server to do this. I have been looking all over and have not yet been able to come across a way to do this.

Appreciate any suggestions.

If you read Slipstick's web site about this.

You find that 2003 degraded workarounds and forced more onto Exchange server to do such sharing.

Some items for you:
1. Review their site at http://www.slipstick.com/ for sharing solutions.
2. See if any INTELLISYNC products do this for you.
3. You can always go get Exchange Server.
