Another way is to create a playlist

in the existing account, that is purely for your iPhone.
Connect the iPhone and configure iTunes to only add that playlist to your phone.

Once done, any track that is not in that playlist but is on your phone, will be removed from the phone.

Away goes his music.

My phone is synched to a separate iTunes folder. In that folder the songs dont exist and are still on my phone. I did however find out how to delete right from my phone which makes it easy ! Problem solved ! Thanks so much for the input !

Answer
You should have your own, separate library

Holding down the shift key before you double click on the iTunes icon on the windows desktop lets you access/create a second (or subsequent) iTunes library for your respective iDevice. Go to a more detailed apple related site for the nitty gritty on how to manage this aspect of iTunes, etc.
